Amelia's teachers put together a family day, where we could come in and hang out with the kids to see what they do at preschool. I really had fun, and I think Amelia enjoyed some one-on-one time with me as well. We played games, did an art project and enjoyed some music.

Thanksgiving
This year for Thanksgiving it was our turn to head down to Illinois. We had a wonderful dinner with my cousins, their kids, my aunt and uncle, and my parents.
While we were there we checked out the Chicago Botanic Garden's holiday display.
We also headed to Lincoln Park Zoo. It was a fun night, we were even able to visit Santa.
One the way home, we stopped in to surprise my grandma on her 90th birthday.
